The Fabre Brothers Dairy S.A. is located at the lieu dit " La Buzatié ", in the commune of Viane, canton of Lacaune since 1949.

It is situated in the Gijou river valley, the majority of its cow milk suppliers being established on the plateau which dominates this valley, at 700 to 900 metres altitude.

In this time of of great dairy merging, the Fabre Dairy has retained a human element. For three generations now, it has been able to evolve and develop while still maintaining a quality beyond reproach of its butter products, cheeses (Maigrelet, Blanche d'Oc, Mont Saint Pierre, Raclette and Monts de Lacaune). The recognition of this know-how was confirmed this year thanks to the designation " Provenance Montagne " (mountain origin).
